About Us

Ultimate Barrel Racing was founded in 2016, and runs barrel racing events at Tarcutta Recreation Grounds in southern NSW. 

Our events cater to all barrel racing levels for both horses and riders, and attract champions from across the country and often have beginners start their barrel racing journey in our arena.

We are proud to have run the Ultimate Barrel Racing Spring Fling event for two consecutive years and is an event that is growing in stature and numbers every year.

We aim to have eight events per year depending on the weather, and encourage all riders of all levels of experience to join us. 

​

We affiliate our events through the Australian Barrel Horse Association, allowing all our riders and volunteers to be covered under insurance and for our riders to get the chance to compete at the ABHA National Finals. Riders must be members or day members of the ABHA to compete at Ultimate Barrel Racing events.
